as a bank employee, your mocking response to a customer on LinkedIn is unprofessional and reflects poorly on your institution. Per RBI guidelines, cash transactions are from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Even if I’m mistaken, ridiculing a customer is unacceptable.@HDFC_Bank
