@Danc6362 @ryangerritsen We already have 18 Conventional Icebreakers. These Icebreakers are not capable of breaking through ice 12 months a year like Nuclear Ice Breakers. Only the Russians have this capability. We could control the North West passage. It’s all about deterrence - China has Nukes
