Nothing is more decadent that high society KTM weddings. Miscellaneous Aunty proudly informs me that they spent crores on some wedding and that really saddened me. To live in such a bubble ! We're one of the poorest countries - invest in someone's education instead no ?

He was a giant : literally & figuratively. My family had to face a lot of set backs & trials after his premature passing away but he is sorely missed by his children & his grandchild almost 5 decades after his death & hope to do our best to honour his contribution.

As an immigrant in France, the immigration system has a very long way to go in terms of inclusion. France remains (even compared to the UK where I have also lived) an extremely conservative country. It’s football team is not representative of it’s very Franco-French culture.

Another example of a female head of state in the Subcontinent who is the wife/daughter/niece of a male leader & had done NOTHING absolutely nothing to improve the lives of millions of women in their country.
Reminder of why I did not celebrate first woman president of Nepal: "Bhandari believes, that Nepali women are not entitled to pass on citizenship to their spouse, like men are, and that they should not be allowed to pass on citizenship to their children."
