We need to separate out safeguarding from the quality of education judgement. Safeguarding is important, it needs to be more regular than every few years. That would allow you to do both jobs well and judge the quality of education as a separate process ⁦ @AliceJBradbury

The one word judgement is a brutal way to judge a school. That combined with the short notice, lack of trust in the expertise of inspectors and the fact that many feel the grade doesn’t fairly reflect their school, contribute to this culture of fear ⁦⁦ @AliceJBradbury
