@RoyalMailHelp apparently I refused delivery of parcel yesterday. Not delivered. I did not refuse as I was at my hospital appointment. Please do SOMETHING with Beckenham sorting office as it is costing me hundreds of pounds by their inefficiency/untruths.

@RoyalMailHelp parcel from Fragrance Online left outside my front door all day Thursday. (Value £105). Deemed by Royal Mail a safe place?! Was NOT there at 8pm when I got home from work. Fragrance Online say not their problem as left in safe place - outside my front door. Advise

@FragranceOn Package did not arrive. Told by seller, basically, tough luck. Royal Mail stated that it had been left in a safe place??!! No sign of it anywhere - neighbours, hidden outside, through letterbox.....seller said not his responsibility.
