McDavid is the fastest skater in the league, on a breakaway.
Tkachuk bothers him so effectively that he cannot stride.
High tap? sure. But no hook or hold or slash. Its literally the best possible defense and it was a good non-call.

Just so you know...No. Taxpayers dont pay this. This is a misconception. At the Fed level, inflation is all that exists. Here they are cancelling debt, which sucks interest out of the investment markets, and literally just adds it to debt we owe ourselves, that isnt circulated.
