Weight room changed my life. At 12U I was about 220 lbs. 13U I was 205...as of now 14U, I'm 176 and have hit 4hrs in my last 5 games with 5 stolen bases and a handful of extra basehits . This is just the beginning 💪🔥⚾️

Front toss drill. The goal is to be able to get a barrel on any pitch. High, low, inside, outside, etc... full intensity swings with a 34 inch Maple bat. After 50 balls or so, you cant feel your hands or arms anymore !

When I strike out, I always let my teammates know what I saw and how the pitcher is pitching. Never throw my helmet, bat, or get worked up it happens . The goal is to not strike out, but it's baseball ⚾️

Got caught trying to steal home. Sometimes, try not to worry about the outcome..Just be aggressive. A lot of our tournaments are about RS and RA so every run counts. No outs up by 4 I went for it 🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️

BP or in a game my intent is to destroy baseballs . I have a pitch I look 👀 for and if they make the mistake and put a ball in my zone🚀
With that said if I'm down in the count or situation calls for a slap I will shorten up and put it in play!
