Trump just terminated the Chair of the Kennedy Center and has installed himself as the new chair. He says he will now be dictating the institution’s “art and culture” and says it “must reflect” what he chooses.

Exactly this. Doesn’t matter that this was originally brought my Republicans or that it passed in bi-partisan vote. Once again Dems got out-maneuvered. When will we get better at this?!
Anybody acting like TikTok going offline isn’t a political disaster for Democrats is deeply unserious. Most political issues never touch people’s daily lives—but 170 million Americans just had their favorite social media platform taken away from them. And Trump is going to position himself as the savior. JFC.

Exactly this!! I would be fine with congestion pricing if the revenue went to fix the public transportation option for me to get to work in NYC.
Then crows about how her revised plan will "save" drivers $1500 annually. Which is like pretending you saved money on your shopping spree because there was a sale. If you want to bring New Jersey to the table, cover NJT's entire deficit. That's a regional approach.
