First 6 figures in ecom✅
Learnt a lot and still a whole lot to learn. Looking to brand this store now to increase AOV and profit margins, currently at around 25% profit as of now.
Big shoutout to my mentor who made all of this happen👊🏼
2024..⏳
£50,000 in 3 weeks✅
Big shoutout to my mentor for all the guidance and help throughout my journey, none of this would’ve been possible without you bro🤝🏼
If you’re thinking about starting, start👊🏼
£20,000 in 7 days🤌🏼
At 25% profit margins around £5,000 of this is pure profit. Crazy to think 2 months ago i had never ran ads properly.
My advice to anyone starting out in ecom is to get a mentor this will accelerate your progression 🚀
First day of the month turned out to be my best ever day in ecom. Really looking forward to this month and where we can take this store🏄🏼♂️
Goal for this month: 100k 🎯
Starting the increase the ad spend now per day and it’s paying off 30% profit margins👊🏼
Testing Shrine out this week to hopefully increase the CVR for the store. Currently using Impulse
Yesterday i hit my first 1k day, today i did it again and it’s only 8pm🤯💰
Really is no better feeling than putting the work in and seeing it all turn out in your favour. Been trying ecom for around 3 years now. Decided to get a mentor and give it another shot!
Never give up.
Nearly £4,000 in a day!
If you’re thinking about getting started in ecom, take the jump. You won’t regret it😎
Those 5k days are getting closer and closer⏳
£3,350 a slow day for this store..
Still a long way to go & a lot to learn for this store. 2 months ago no knowledge for ads until i met my mentor. Anyone can do this if you put in the work 💪🏽
5k days pending⏳
Appreciate all the follows & support over my journey.
So this happened yesterday. My first ever 1k day with ecom!😎
Hopefully this is the first of many for this store. Looking forward to see how far i can take this now.
Best day on this store so far!
Cash flow fucking me over on the aggressive scale but at this rate I can slowly keep increasing budgets whilst maintaining a high roas.
50% of my monthly wage in a day🤣
( still working full time too )
Anyone can do this..
A few little store tweaks and a deep analysis of the ads manager and instantly seeing a difference this morning. Waking up to a 8+ ROAS😁
Hopefully this can stay the same over today and this week.
Day 1 test on a new product;
9pm here in UK so 3 hours to go. £75 in spend at a 2.32 ROAS seems as if i’m off to a good start😎
Update to follow tomorrow 30% profit.
Day 3 update🤯
I think we’re onto a winner.
I killed 2 unprofitable adsets and other 2 just to work on the back end and this has happened🤣
55% net profit today. Scale loading…
First 2k day for the store yesterday.
Around £1,000 net profit margins on this store are crazy. Hopefully these numbers can become the normal for the next week or so whilst I scale it up👊🏼
The first sales always feel the best😁
New store and new strat launched last night. Looking promising this morning.
Will allow to optimize for 24-48hrs before tweaking and deciding👊🏼
0-£1k a day in just under a week😎
Excited to see where I can take this store. New creatives go live for this midnight today.
Scale will be next week as waiting for payout from Shopify🤣
£2,000 profit in week 1.
So this happened today my best day in ecom! Baby numbers to some people on here but it’s a start. Put the work in and anything is possible😎
Big shoutout to
@cjfeth
wouldn’t be possible without him. His mentoring is the best in the game by a mile.
£510 ad spend = 4.53 ROAS👊🏼
Been running this store since October.
ALL of December 0 ads whilst i’ve been working on back end. Finally sorted and will begin to run ads again 1/1/2024.
50K months⏳
Solid last 7 days for the store desperately need to get some credit cards🤣
Anyone have any solutions for someone with really shit credit drop it below, currently scaling with a debit card and 1k on credit card😂
Launched this store Tuesday and already at 1k days😎
Looking forward too seeing how far i can take this one. 350 ad spend just shy of 30% profit today🏄🏼♂️
Back on the climb, changed a few things around on the store and also introduced Checkify. Seeing a 25% CVR since adding to the store yesterday morning.
Hoping for a strong week👊🏼
My first Black Friday / Cyber Monday in ecom.
Around 25% profit on this as rising prod cost & shipping prices done me over recently.
New store looking promising too🤞🏼
Solid day yesterday on the store slowly starting to increase the budgets day by day now👊🏼
New creative went live yesterday and finished up on a 2+ ROAS promising signs
Waking up to a 6 ROAS and already hit the daily spend limit🥲
Still promising signs with a 4% CVR around 40% profit on this today. Hopefully Facebook up the spend limit today.
Another day another W yesterday for the new store.
Will be testing some new creatives this weekend and also a new ad strategy. All whilst upping the budgets on the current winning ones😎
The store is one week old on Sunday will do an overall sales & profit for the first week.
Day 4 update:
I launched the start of a scaling campaign today and the signs are really promising.
ROAS on one of the campaigns is 6-7 the last 2 days.
£300 profit for the day can’t wait to see what this store brings😎
Crazy day yesterday on the new store.
Working on fine tuning the back end of the store now whilst slowly upping the budgets on profitable ad sets.
This store is only 6 days old. Over £1,000 net profit that time frame🤯
No tweet for a few days but we still here👊🏼
Store still going strong. Implemented email marketing which has took off crazy well.
Hoping to take the product over to TikTok in the next couple of weeks🤌🏼
Solid day overall on the store.
Lots of cash flows that’s been on hold gets released this week so should be able to scale higher.
30% profit margins today😁
Any tips on increasing CVR drop them below 👇🏼
Slow and steady wins the race.
Focusing more on back end with this store and customer satisfaction.
Only problem i have now is that i should’ve ordered more units🤦🏼♂️
Sets me up nicely for after CYN
A whirlwind of a few weeks for this store. Supplier issues ad fatigue.
Not ran ads for a few days and set them to go back live today, upped product price and we back😎
£380 ad spend
Another good day on the store, 10pm my time but not staying up all night for screenshot🤣
Feel like this store has big potential as it’s not even a week. 5k days loading😎
30% margins today👍🏼
Day 2 on the new store:
Looking promising killed off a few unprofitable ad-sets today and letting the main 2 optimise whilst i work on back end now for the store and trying to increase AOV.
Really good margins on this store at 35% net profit for the day✅
Weekend reset away in Ireland 🇮🇪 seeing the fam. Not touched the ads manager all weekend.
New store has bags of potential back excited to see how it plays out this week.
Not everyone shows their bad days, but I will, since yesterday everything has been down by at least 50% and i’m not 100% sure why.
Maybe creative fatigue, so i need to test some new creatives tomorrow and see how they perform.
Not posted on here in a few days the old store is still getting £200+ a day organic🤣
New store hoping to go live Wednesday in the jewellery niche let’s see where we can take this one😎
Slower again today but way less ad spend than usual sitting on around 2.62 ROAS today🤝🏼
Testing new offers and playing around with email campaigns this week.
Hoping to hit 10k+ this week whilst testing new audiences & creatives🎯
A weird week on the store few ups and downs but that’s ecom.
This weeks goal is to take a step back and analyse everything and test more. This will start by running lookalike audiences.
Will drop an update around midweek😎
Day 3 update:
Hit the DSL around 5am and then it got upped at 12 but hit again around 5😂
Focus with the store now is to potentially up the price too see if it still converts as the margins are only around 20% at the moment but profit is profit👊🏼
Still testing new things with this store to make sure it’s 100% ready for BF.
Haven’t been spending as much this week but results are still solid. Around 2.28 roas yesterday at around 25% profit🤝🏼
£0 spent on ads🤯
What happened?
So the main manufacturer and supplier of my product got shut down so now they have to be made elsewhere and due to my order quantity COG has doubled🙃
Meaning my BER is standing at over 2 for this store now…
First 6 figures in ecom✅
Learnt a lot and still a whole lot to learn. Looking to brand this store now to increase AOV and profit margins, currently at around 25% profit as of now.
Big shoutout to my mentor who made all of this happen👊🏼
2024..⏳
These are starting to become normality now just under 300 ad spend 🤌🏼
Crazy to think 3-4 weeks ago i hadn’t ran ads properly before. Big shoutout to my mentor 🐐
This store really has some potential😎
Still scaling with a debit card at the moment but as soon as i get that AMEX it’s scale time🚀
Not having a AMEX is my own fault to having a shitty credit score but we’ll get there.
Any tips on how to get one with a bad credit score👇🏼
Little update from yesterday. First day on the store ( 6th ) seemed promising. However, today ( 7th ) only the one sale🙃
Not sure what it could be apart from maybe as it’s January? Lots of ATCs too.
Will let run another 24hrs before deciding on the ads.
This store is now nearly a week old!
Hoping to hit £700 by the end of today 9pm here in UK. Testing out some new creatives this week and hoping to maintain these daily numbers🏄♂️
Next goal: 1k day..
So my first day testing on Facebook is coming to an end and i think it did pretty well.
Ad spend is at £60 for the day using a ABO campaign.
Working out at 3+ ROAS & around 34% profit margins for today😎
Will let these run into tomorrow and see how they play.
Another solid day on the store🫡
Tested a new creative today and seen a 8 ROAS so going to scale that up tomorrow.
Cash flow is only the thing stopping scaling this store to 1k+ days now i think but hopefully once snowballing the profits can finally hit those consistently😎
Anyone know if I can change my daily spend limit on Facebook?
Less than 8 weeks ago I was spending £1,000-£2,000 a day on ads ( no problems with payments )
Now I have a £67 spend limit on my account🤦🏼♂️
Nice weekend on the store averaging around 30% profit this weekend.
Going to tweak a little bit of the store this week and run some new offers to try and improve cvr😁
