For a transfusion, yes, it wouldn't matter. But if you found a PSA of 4 in the tested blood sample of a woman, you'd automatically conclude the sample got mixed up at the lab and you're looking at the results of male blood. Stop being a moron, there are plenty of differences between male and female blood. The fact that they get diluted to levels that become irrelevant in a transfusion does NOT make males and females BIOLOGICALLY IDENTICAL in any way. If you give a man an estrogen shot, that won't make him a woman. If you stop shooting that in him, he'll FULLY eliminate it in urine, in less than 20 days.
