It's a big day in MY house. Bags are packed, Humum is off to Blackpool Victoria Hospital to start her next chemotherapy. I'm going to my lovely Aunties next door. My paws are crossed for Humum.

Yessss! Humum is home!! She's had 9 hours in chemotherapy today! I've had a lovely day with my Aunties but I'm so glad she's home!! It's cuddle time now!

BIG NEWS Humum just heard from the hospital She has responded very well to chemo; she does not need further surgery at this point. She needs to complete her course of chemo then she'll be closely monitored for 5 years. We are cock a hoop! Thank you for your fabulous support. 😘

Bad news:Just back from emergency vet. I was clipped by a car this afternoon.
Good news: nothing broken or dislocated, just a few grazes.
Humum and me were both really scared. Hudad kept calm. I've had painkilling injection and vet has advised lots of rest and lots of cuddles.

Thank you to all who sent pawsitive thoughts for my humum as she started her chemotherapy yesterday. She's doing ok today, in case you were wondering. Hudad and I are going to take her for a little drive in the car.

Humum has to isolate before she goes to hospital on Monday so we couldn't go out to a café for lunch...but we did go out, hudad made a picnic and we ate it in the car, (overlooking the beach) keep humum safe. 😁😁

Frightening loud fireworks! I'd ban them all! I'm a very scared dog under the table. The Hoos have the music on louder than normal but I can hear things they can't.

I was so excited to see my hoos when they got back from humum's hospital appointment. They thought chemo might be delayed cos humum's had a bad cold but her consultant says she can go ahead with the last session of chemo tomorrow...and then ring the bell 🔔 for the end of chemo.

This afternoon, I went to aunties and lied in the shade in their garden. My hoos went to hospital to get humum's scan results from last month. It was very positive news, disease is showing shrinkage in response to chemo. Humum is to finish her course of chemo, then another scan.

Oh, I've been at my Aunties all day! They spoil me. Humum is still in hospital. Hudad saw her today! She will be in for a while yet, then there will be a very long road to recovery. With fight, determination, love and prayers Humum will make it!!!

Humum is now home from hospital. It's defo my humum but she does smell rather clinical! I don't mind, I can feel lots of cuddles coming up. ❤❤❤

A little pupdate from yesterday's hospital visit:
Humum's chemo has not stabilised the disease so she is to have a different drug. She has a couple of weeks to get over her last chemo then new treatment starts.

Well we've had a bit of an adventure this evening. This little guy was found wandering around, no ID tag. My hoos and I took him to my vets to get his chip read. He is now reunited with his hoos who live not too far away. He's called Ozzie.

Thanks, pals for all the good wishes. I've got an ulcer & an infection in my eye. I've had an injection 💉 to ease the pain and I've got 2 sets of drops which are hydration and antibiotics.

Yeah, humum rang THE BELL at the end of this course of chemo.
3/4 of an hour before this, humum had an anaphylactic reaction to the 2nd chemo drug. The nurses worked quickly to stabilise her, they are amazing! Nothing like going out with a bang!

Our gorgeous old man Torres has gone over the rainbow 🌈 bridge this morning.
My favourite 3 yr old and 7 yr old are going have leaky eyes when they come home from school 😭😭 and hoosis is very sad. Run free, Torres. Please look out for him, my rainbow pals 💓❤️💗❤️
