Disappointing and gaslighting behaviour from @caskmarque this week. Such a shame that a week that is supposed to celebrate one of the most special parts of the UK beer industry instead just highlights how many issues we still have. Do better @caskmarque.
A consumer was told by @caskmarque today that: - Anyone complaining about T-shirt was 'looking to be offended' - It's 'no way transphobic' - 'Friends and colleagues didn't find it offensive' - Only two complained - hasn't seen Twitter thread - Always backlash whatever we do
