Sublime has a dozen huge hits, is vocally anti-racist and pro-woman, reps Minutemen and Fugazi, has endured through tragedy, and has better melodies than Nirvana. Hating on them is really showing your ass as someone who can't identify material realities underneath the aesthetics.
Sublime continues to be one of the more unique stories in music history. Band’s on the rise, frontman dies, band gets big, influences tons of bands & then 30 years later return w/ late frontman’s son filling it for his dad.

👋🏻 sound person here! playing too loud is UNSAFE FOR OUR PATRONS. Sustained listening to dB SPL higher than 100 for more than a couple minutes leads to PERMANENT HEARING LOSS. We are trying to trick you into turning down but. Please do not turn your amps back up jackasses lol
sound guys will be like “youre WAY too loud. louder than anything my sound system for an 800 cap venue can handle. i cant even hear your vocals” then you turn back up right before u play (ofc) then u see videos from the gig and the vocals are like all you can fucking hear. LIARS!
