Grinders... An Honest Conversation: A Break From Chart Time Just like most humans, there are times I struggle with my mental health, even though I am a mental health professional myself. I am not immune. The past few weeks have been one of those times for me. The negativity I combat with my clients during my day job, combined with the negativity I see on this app, and in the news, can add up at times to take a toll on me. When I struggle with my mental health I lose a lot of motivation required to keep up with posting on here. I have a standard that I set for myself, and it is high, so I am not going to half ass it. because of this standard, it is like a second job, a second job I mostly don't get paid for. I do this out of the passion I have for #Bitcoin and #Crypto, but during these times in my life, I don't feel that fire. When I don't feel the fire, it feels like a chore, rather than a pleasure. Because of this feeling, I need to step back and listen to what my mind and body are telling me. If I push myself to do something I am not enjoying, well... it just makes it harder for me to bounce back. I want to bounce back, so the fastest way for me to do that is to take a break at times. Don't worry about me though. I will still be on here when I can in other ways. I have my family and friends to lean on IRL. I go to therapy myself, as any professional therapist should. "Practice what I preach," and all that.😉I have my coping skills, and I will be utilizing them in my time away from Chart Time, including tonight. Video games is one of those distractions and I am excited to partake in that tonight instead for example. Please know that I appreciate those that engage with my content. And no, I do not think that the bull market is over. So calm down, that is not why I need a break. 😏#Altseason is not cancelled, it is just delayed due to macro economic factors. It's truly a shame that Waters is picking up the mantle of Elizabeth Warren and doing her best to kill innovation in the cradle. She will tell you that is all in service of consumer protection, just like OCP2.0 was for you're own good. Thankfully, the Republican bills are MUCH better on all these issues and will likely form the basis of any future legislation.
