Canada Carbon Rebate has hit my bank account today. $337.50!!! That is much more than we have paid out in carbon tax. We have made lots of choices like a heat pump, solar panels, new windows in our house & a hybrid car! Our choices have lead to much less carbon footprint!

I voted this morning at the Ethnic Association in Lethbridge. I am not sure that the UCP presser right outside the doors at the Ethnic Association hall was exactly legal given than I had to walk between the press and the 2 UCP candidates in order to gain entry.

Yup. For example last night hubby (age77) and I (age 72) sat down to enjoy our Netflix Friday evening viewing. We chose Big Foot Family. We enjoyed this movie & can now recommend it for our grandchildren. I am pretty sure they will find the movie enjoyable & a learning moment.

I take personal exception to these comments by Chelsea Petrovic In 2012 my late husband (age 64) died in care at an Edmonton hospital while in the cardiac care unit. A massive heart attack is called "the silent killer." You can apologize anytime and be better, much better.
This morning, Chelsae Petrovic was given the opportunity to apologize for saying that people having heart attacks “come into the hospital and all of a sudden it’s everyone else’s problem but their own.”
She refused.
Albertans deserve better. They also deserve an apology.

It is a hot day in Lethbridge...35 degrees. We just did a cold water run down to the Civic Centre and Galt Gardens and handed out 40 bottles of water. What we learned...The people are on the move daily as they are fined or asked to move. One couple has received six $600 fines
