#AFLFantasy Preseason Notes 11th February 📝 Adelaide - Izak Rankine ($819k FWD) believe he is ready to put a full season together after only one season over 20 games. Will look to play midfield and forward. @joshmoney__ @7NewsAdelaide Brisbane - Levi Ashcroft ($328k MID) could be available to play the match sim round robin against Gold Coast and Collingwood on Feb 20. - Chris Fagan said Keidean Coleman ($521k DEF) may return in Round 5 or 6. “Sometimes these knees just swell up on you and it’s just the body telling you it’s not ready yet.” @MichaelWhiting Carlton - Jagga Smith ($334k MID) spoke Jimmy Bartel on 3aw about what his role could look like this season. “I think I’ll get a bit of a taste of midfield and half forward, but obviously it’s a pretty tough team to crack.” @3AW693 Collingwood - Brayden Maynard said Nick Daicos ($1.07m MID) will be fine and ‘ready to go for Opening Round’. @AFLcomau Hawthorn - Lloyd Meek says James Sicily ($896k DEF) could be swung forward more this season. “He’s good with his body and his craft, and if he can bring that into the forward line, that would be pretty cool to see.” @NickButler10 @10NewsFirstMelb North Melbourne - Finn O’Sullivan ($337k MID) looks like he will make an early season debut after impressing Alastair Clarkson in the preseason. “In his first year or two, it will be more outside play. #AFLFantasy Preseason Notes 10th February 📝 Carlton - Sam Walsh ($1.09m MID) and Charlie Curnow ($758k FWD) are on track to play in at least one preseason game, with their AAMI Community Series game vs GWS on Feb 28th. @RileyBev Collingwood - Dan Houston ($964k DEF) has been training across half back during the preseason, but is also set to spend some time in the midfield this season. - Harry Perryman ($759k DEF) is expected to spend some time at half back, but has been training mainly as a midfielder in the preseason. - Reef McInnes ($324k FWD) looks like an inclusion to Collingwood’s best 23, has been one that has impressed during the preseason training in defence. @JoshGabelich West Coast - Elijah Hewett ($332k MID/FWD) has had a really good body of work this preseason training with the midfield group. - Bo Allen ($295k DEF/MID) and Tom Gross ($230k MID) were managed today and trained away from the main group. - Jack Hutchinson ($385k FWD) continues to train on a wing and Ryan Maric ($421k MID/FWD) in defence, but both aren’t locks for Round 1 just yet. - Liam Duggan ($910k DEF) continues to train with the midfield group, and looks set to play mainly there to start the season with Elliot Yeo missing. @ashnelson08

@TurnbullLex I’m not too wary I don’t think of it to be honest. I think Peatling, Dawson and Crouch will lead the CBA’s this year followed by Soligo and Rankine. There will be a sprinkling of Draper, Curtin, etc, but I see those five being the main guys.

@Grapevineys I like Schoenmaker the most, but if SDK is solo ruck (we get a look in Opening Round), then he would be my pick.

@darezpearz No. He’s doubtful to play and Lions will be cautious with him. Apparently could play any point up to Gather Round so cross him off your list.
