I think things matter more to me now.
I thought nothing mattered before I awoke. I was lost in a nihilistic spiral.
Now, even the most horrible things are beautiful in their horribleness. The beautiful, even more beautiful.

In everyday use, they pretty much are. But in religious terms, a vow is a promise to God only. An oath is a statement of promise/assertion to another person, with an appeal to God as witness as a self curse if sworn falsely. A covenant is an agreement between two or more parties.

I thought getting nationalists to vote for unionist would be one of unionisms main goals. We might see a lot of 2nd preferences, even from Republicans, going the UUPs way in May from this "Beattie Bounce." Surely a positive thing for the Union if that happened.

I mean, of course. If RoI are forced to protect the SM due to UKG actions, we would do it at our ports, not on the border. A crap situation to be put in, but it's the least worst option. Then let EU/UK trade war commence, with as little RoI/NI impact as possible.

I don't think it will settle, unless people make it settle. Figure out why and how Brexit occurred. Make peace with it. Then move forward. If rejoining the EU is the best way forward, then so be it. But first concentrate on healing those wounds.

One simple question. Had there been no GFA, would it still be possible for the UK parliament to 'subjugate' the Acts of Union? If yes, and I think it is, then why are you using this to reject the GFA? Pretty dangerous rhetoric.
