Hi. I've always had a rather small bladder. The first time I tested my capacity I could hold 700ml.
I have pushed myself further even when I thought I was really going to explode.
Now I can hold 1200ml without too much preparation and if I work hard I can reach 1400ml.

After holding for 13 and a half hours my swollen bladder was stretched to the navel. The pressure I felt at the end was absurd but I continued to resist lying in bed. Despite everything I was lying on my stomach and I forced my poor tired bladder to compress.
Result: 1420ml

In the end I decided to empty myself into a 1.5 liter bottle. When I saw that I was filling it completely I suspected I had broken my record so I opted for a more precise measure: 1480ml!!!

After about half an hour I had drunk another liter and felt I was quite full but was still able to hold on without too much difficulty
