Since we cleared the school site today more snow has fallen. With the very low temperatures and snow forecast for tonight we have taken the difficult decision based on ensuring the safety of students and our staff to close again tomorrow. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Following on from the announcement in June where we were graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted, BCHS is delighted to announce excellent A Levels results which included one student with 3A*, one B, one with 2 A*, one B and several with A*, As and Bs.

We would like to congratulate Sid, a former student of BCHS, who has achieved a Master’s Degree in Sports Analytics at Loughborough University following a Graduate Degree in Sports Science at UEL. He is now going on to be a lecturer. We are very proud – Well done!
