Just finished the novel I started on my birthday in April. Kinda sad, actually, as another awesome journey comes to an end. Oh well. I guess it's fitting that I finished on the last day of the year, and I'm looking forward to starting a new book tomorrow. Happy New Year's Eve!

Following a fall, I walked on a dislocated hip for a year (by which time I'd worn away the head of the femur) before it was diagnosed.
This new Kindle Paperwhite's a little bigger than the one from 2018. See that dark smudge at the lower-right corner of the old one's screen? It finally started dying after five years. RIP, old Paperwhite. We had fun.
