@seanmdav Federal district courts weren’t designed to act as mini-Supreme Courts issuing nationwide injunctions on executive policy. But Democrats figured out they can bypass Congress, ignore elections, and let their favorite judges run the country instead.

“The judiciary” is most certainly NOT a co-equal branch of government. Only The Supreme Court is. The rest of the federal judiciary is “inferior” (the Constitution’s words, not mine) and was created by and exists entirely at the pleasure of Congress. Inferior federal judges who see themselves as equal to the president or Congress are wrong as a matter of both law and fact.

One reason conservatives have had such a difficult uphill battle is that it’s hard for people to believe just how insane a lot of lib stuff is. Some of it is so crazy libs don’t even believe it and they’ll get angry and insult you if you try to explain to them what’s happening.
