Okay, fuck it. Goodbye $Palantir. After the 323% gain on my shares I’m pouring it all into $SoFi. The difference in risk reward for Palantir at 27.5 and SoFi at 6.2 is just too large. SoFi’s TBV/share will hit $5 this year. I do not expect the stock to go close to that anymore.

I bought my first $SoFi shares at $4.6. Just sad to see the gains erasing. When we break out of this wedge and triple beat this quarter we can go higher again. I’m willing to hold this stock for 15 years when SoFi is a 100b revenue company at a 200b market cap.

$SoFi sold some more cash secured puts here today expiring in September totalling another 8,000 shares if I get assigned at a cost basis of $5.51 a share. Really loved this opportunity to potentially get some shares at this cost basis. Today’s bounce was inevitable technically.

In my bull case my price target is closer to $30-$40 as of today's share price. Yeah this is a 450% upside from today's prices but you'll be surprised how many people are wrong. I called PLTR at $6, I called Meta at $89, I called Nu at $6 and I now call $SoFi at $6.43.

$SOFI did anyone consider the insane EPS beats we would have this year if personal loan default rates stay in the 3%-4% range instead of the 7%-8% range guided by SoFi? Also the strong economy (low unemployment and moderate GDP growth) would contribute significantly.

$SoFi captured the 50,100,150, and 200 day MA. The high RSI is worrying me a bit but if volume stays high we might see some more upside. Seriously interesting now we approach the massive gap from $8.2-$8.57. I expect a small correction this week and a run to the $8.2 next week.

1. SoFi Invest options level 3-6 implementation ASAP. This is a critical aspect of their brokerage business. I would never go to a broker that does not allow me to sell naked puts. This might trigger the entire retail customer base of $HOOD to go to $SOFI in no time

That’s why I let it run 330%. Investing for me is solely risk/reward. And I like the potential reward and lower downside for SoFi more than for Palantir. $SoFi can’t go below $5 a share in 2025 otherwise activist investors will pour in and liquidate the company or lean it out.
