The annual report for The Learning Disability Mortality Review (LeDeR) Programme for 2023-24 has been published by @BNSSG_ICB It also talks about the importance of annual health checks, to help people to live and age well for longer.

After a very busy 2024 we will be closing the office after today until Thursday 2nd January. Our teams will be taking some time out to rest, recuperate and recharge. Wishing everyone a restful festive break. See you in 2025!

We had our last coffee morning of 2024 for our families. We asked what they would like to see from us in 2025 to help us tailor the support we give to them. Thank you to everyone who joined us for this. We will be sharing new dates for coffee mornings and workshops very soon.....

Meet the new member of our team. Mady is one of our NHS Health Navigators. She will be supporting people with a learning disability to go on to the learning disability register at their GP and to have an Annual Health Check. Mady can speak English, Punjabi and Urdu.
