@JennJenM Hi Jenn, While we try to adhere to any delivery requests where possible, drivers do have guidelines that determine a 'safe' location (parcel size/foot traffic/visibility from street/weather conditions), and if the location isn't suitable, they will take it for collection. ~ Ash
