@AGLEnergy hello Agl I previously disconnected a service however misunderstood from my end and was to transfer the new residence from the old residence. With this being disconnected how do I go about reconnecting with agl and previous information on my grandma's behalf.

@auspost my partner had a delivery sent to our house and it said that it was delivered and left in a "safe place" however upon getting home no parcel was even there... Let alone a photo to prove of where it was left in "safe place".
