Made it! Am knackered, so will commentry on today's stages that should appear on tomorrow. However, headline is have cycled 348 miles from @MoseleyRugbyFC to @ConnachtRugby in 5 days to raise funds for @UHBCharity & now going to try to recover for a bit!

Yesterday I took the bike in to have its rear wheel rebuilt after 330 miles, 4 rugby clubs slept at (thanks once again to them all!), 2 1/2 countries cycled across & back, 7 spokes broken and, most importantly, almost 4.5k raised for @UHBCharity at

One update from yesterday; while lunching at the @LettersInn yesterday, a regular came to ask me about my @UHBCharity jersey. On learning what I'm doing, he told me his daughter has worked at the QE for 20 years and took my collecting tin around the bar! Thanks all there!

At the port in Dublin having cycled 90 miles today. Thankfully I had sense to book Flexi ticket with @StenaLineUKIE which allowed me to delay ferry out when I was delayed by repairs and one back when fundraising at got high enough to make me cycle home.

Yesterday: 76 miles cycled from Tourmakeady to Athlone, 4(!) broken spokes and a slow puncture fixed at the end of it - details at Today, about 90 mile to Dublin!
