My secret: I usually only recommend this to my clients, but they're raising prices in 2025. So I wanted to share this with you as well. Fatigue management from running isn't all about running technique and programming. Nutrition plays just as big a part. Which is why I test if I'm getting enough Omega 3 and supplement accordingly. Me the first time I experienced knee pain during a run: - Pushed through it. - Gets worse next time, but I continue. - Pain gets unbearable and I quit running. Now I just take the day off and do some low level knee exercises, and it's gone the day after.

If you can lift 5 times a week, you can run for 10 min a week too. Contrary to popular belief it will actually help you build more muscle. Better fitness = Better recovery = More muscle You can improve your health and wellbeing dramatically, by doing very little.
