"Just be more DISCIPLINED, bro." I used to hear that all the time. But let me tell you—if I could’ve just “been more disciplined,” I wouldn’t have ended up being an obese, 317 lbs video game addict in the first place. That advice was USELESS. Here's why:

80% consistent, 20% flexible. That’s the sweet spot for real life. Train hard, eat mostly whole foods, but allow some pizza or ice cream so you don’t go nuts. Sound sustainable enough?
