I can compare retarded individuals claiming to have some authority over what is and is ridiciulous, to their choices of how they bend over backwards to not address actual problems in their society. @sleepy_devo @philthatremains Funding not used by an agency should go back to the Federal Treasury. Its not wrong. Executive Departments constantly over spend to increase their budgets for next fiscal year. Never been a crisis before. Now we want to cut their spending to be more efficient, now its a crisis.
