The "Smooth Twist Weights" setting now supports multiple twist bones. Was limited to a single one before.
This gives perfectly interpolated twist weights automatically, for legs and arms. Example below with 3 twist bones:

Next release of Auto-Rig Pro is close! I've been working for weeks on these goodies: approximated voxelization for better skinning + more skinning tools, and full support of multiple twist bones as secondary controllers for game engine export, bendy-bones based!
Working on more lips features in Auto-Rig Pro, it's now possible to add lips masters controllers to grab softly multiple lips bones at once, with settings to define the number of masters, and interpolation.

A new version of Auto-Rig Pro has just been released. New secondary controllers, skinning goodies and automatic A-Pose are in! Arms and legs noodles are now better than ever.
The next version of Auto-Rig Pro will include actions export as multiple Fbx files (one Fbx file is exported per action), and finally because we're in 2022... anti-aliased Smart markers!
Working on optimizing Blender's animation baking tool, reaching x3 speed up so far when baking fully animated skeleton (139 bones): baking 1000 frame takes 45 sec with, versus 145 sec without optimization. Looking forward to submitting the patch to Blender dev once ready!

To anyone that cares, I've just finished porting the "Better Collada Exporter" addon (Godot engine) to Blender 2.8. It does not support textures for now though.

Skin Selection has been ported to Blender 2.8! ✨
It now uses custom OpenGL shader// A cache system is used to access mesh data. When hovering a mesh with the mouse, the mesh data is cached , it may take a few seconds to complete.
Auto-Rig Pro now supports humanoid Fbx export for UE5 too! Download the latest version to give it a go. Remember to set 2 neck bones, 6 spine bones and optionally 2 twist bones per arm/leg. The Smart feature has also presets for UE4/UE5 now.

- New "3 Bones Leg" type to generate full IK-FK controllers for creatures with extra thigh bone at the root of the leg

IK > FK is 1:1 snap (GIF below), however FK > IK is not. The IK curve is snapped approximately to the FK chain for now, does not match it exactly. It's a real maths challenge to make it 1:1 due to

Auto-Rig Pro 3.49 has just been released! Several small improvements have been made to fine-tune current tools and improve the user experience, along bug fixes.

Auto-Rig Pro 3.54: Retarget and export animations at light speed- x50! A new custom baking function allows amazing performances (was using the built-in baking function of Blender before). Results are impressive: when retargetting 4720 frames, 15 sec vs 14 min!
