Some founder-related thoughts: Don't be afraid to copy if you think you can build a better product in a huge category and have enough capital—it's worth a shot. He has done it twice!

@t31kx Google search does not even work on anymore, full of garbage… CI could not have imagined that a search company couldn't deliver it's core feature.

There are many materials on 0 to 1 B2B sales, but most of them are inspirational or too vague. This is probably the most actionable playbook with a great day-by-plan plan to get started.

@kevinzhuang10 I do sometimes: 1/ Reading with kindle and highlighting everything insightful. 2/ When done with the book, go through all the highlights chapter by chapter and rewrite them in my own words (I use obsidian for that).
