@lokationnation @lokationnation Great thread! Would also like to highlight the relationship between arm fatigue & command. Here is an excerpt from a podcast where @kayleeshores11 strength tested collegiate players prior to pitching. When arm strength was down, so was accuracy.

Arm Fatigue is the next key metric. Pitching while fatigued increases injury risk by 36 times, so we created the Arm Fatigue metric to help you avoid it. After pitching in a game, bullpen, or velo day- a player takes a 4 minute exam to gauge how fatiguing that workload was.

The first sign of fatigue in a pitcher of any age is a loss of control, says coach @tomhouse . Kids can be tired and still throw hard, but they can’t throw strikes once they hit muscle failure. When they start to walk people, get them out. Read more here:
