@allenbratton Had an extensive (EXTENSIVE) discussion about Henry Henry the other day and the consensus was that one of the (many) things we loved so much about it was that Hal so very much Has A Body. That feeling of viscerally knowing him is so compelling.

Entering the final hour still entirely in love with this book, desperately wanting to put off being finished, but also desperate to know how it ends #henryhenry

Been waiting for this for so long and have been shirking responsibilities all morning so i can just keep reading. One of those books that's thrilling to encounter as both a reader and a writer, in terms of a craft perspective as well as everything else that's brilliant about it.
