This is why any conversation about sexism (unless it’s sex offender level) is extremely difficult to have in this community and why we’ll never be able to root it out at the source unless a whole bunch of men start broadening their perception of what internalized misogyny is
Men on this app literally think that sexism is always intentional

@GreenEngine06 @Vincente22films You have to look at that contextually in comparison to male characters, as the unintentional sexism comes in when that negative energy isn’t extended to male characters with the same problems. Female characters are always treated more harshly here.

and worrying if there's room for both. And there is! But we have to keep cultivating that atmosphere and that requires keeping our heads out of our own asses, which is hard. But anyway it's helped me more to think of it like this because it makes EVERYTHING make sense
