@DrNickB_ObAnaes @afif_elKhuffash Assume the role was developed as part of the departments service development and the consultants are happy to sign off on care. Personally I will not sign off on anaesthesia care that is not delivered by an anaesthetist who has progressed through the appropriate training.

It's weird watching the West using WW2 to explain the creation of a Palestinian ghetto that is Gaza, then also using it to justify the genocide that is ongoing. This is not about religion. Its about wealth, resources, politics. Terrible for all Jewish and Muslim families.

@joloughlin100 @hotpress @sinnfeinireland @MaryLouMcDonald I totally agree John. I was in the Rotunda. We never felt unsafe. The gardai steadily controlled the crowd. The crowd decided on property destruction. The gardai could have escalated which would have resulted in a free for all with brutal consequences for both sides.

@SocDems @GaryGannonTD I was on site in the Rotunda. I saw nothing but professionalism and control from the gardai @gardainfo I was so proud of them moving forward and clearing streets in the face of a rabble, a mob of thugs, set on looting and violence. Shameless political posturing.

It's sad that todays news story is anti-immigrant antisocial destruction and riots. It could be about progressing much needed mental health supports, the amazing collaboration that saved children's lives. When these minority take over the city and the media, the rest of us lose.
