Going to stop my @Hyperoptic very soon. I pay 35£ a month and their service is pathetic. The broadband stops working so often in my flat in E16 London that I’ve had drops from important zoom meetings all of a sudden and it doesn’t come back online for several minutes,not worth it

@Hyperoptic This has been happening consistently for many weeks now. I raised a complaint before and was sent a new router but no improvements. In so many meetings during WFH the wifi stopped working in the middle. Paying 35£/month for the worst internet service ever.
