@jasonryanmd Agreed, would’ve been great to moonlight as a hospitalist or icu resident to keep up those skills. I’m unfortunately on a j1 visa which restricts moonlighting and I worry I’ll lose a lot of the knowledge during fellowship!

@pitdesi Paying doctors is not part of the problem in US healthcare! PAs are great, but their efficiency and capabilities are limited comparatively due to training and knowledge. There is MUCH more out there for you all to focus on to bring healthcare costs down!

Absolutely disgusted and shocked to see what the Pakistani army and govt is capable of. We thought rigging elections, killing democracy & illegal trials was the extent, but they have resorted to massacring citizens and cutting of internet access to prevent the world from watching
