I had to fire the CNC operator I had a year back because of alcoholism. Didn’t have any operator for a month, kept the expensive machine unused
Outside my industrial area, there’s a wine shop/bar. It’s full from 10am onwards, regardless of the day of the week or year.
I had to let go of a very good team member due to her hard drug addiction. M not sure why it’s so easy for people to get drugs in Punjab. She even started stealing money from her co workers bags at lunch time. If u r a young person reading this, pls don’t do hard drugs.
