Another first today. I’d become totally half-arsed about international football for a good few years before we met. Watching Scotland together and then eventually getting back to games in 2021 gave us memories that I’ll treasure forever. Firmly in our thoughts today and always.

18 Feb, today marks three months since I lost the best person I’ve ever met.
Dawn was a driving force, she always told me regardless if I often felt it was futile, to chase my ambitions.
Things in that regard are moving in the right direction. I hope so much she’s proud ❤️.

Some days I need to drag myself up and out, today was one of those days.
I managed though. Got through work, an emotional Valentine’s Day visit to Dawn’s graveside and finished by building up a sweat with a run.

(1/2) One of the most incredible days of my life. Never, ever, would I have I imagined in August 2022 when I set out to do Couch to 5K, that it would end with me doing a marathon.
The journey to get to there over the last few years, of course, hasn’t been easy.

GNR 2023 - 12th official race of 2023, my 14th since starting running in August 2022. Marked with a PB over a distance I never imagined I’d ever be able to do.

This has been a drawn out nonsense, it’s an utter nonsense that there’s any sort of vote commencing next week.
The disharmony and divide caused by the desire for a legacy has been damaging and embarrassing.
The section entitled “SPFL financials” in Erik Barmack’s business plan opens with the below chart lifted from someone’s Twitter account. Unfortunately for Erik the figure for Motherwell’s wage bill is more than £1m lower than the correct figure. (1)
