I'd argue it's much harder on the workers. They're not getting 6, or 7 figures where they can afford to be out of work. It's exactly why companies push them to it. They feel they can wait out a strike, because the workers will be so desperate they'll accept much less.

No. Trump borrowed money against them at a very high interest rate. He also shifted a lot of his debt onto them, this almost guaranteeing them to fail. Those are just a small example of the practices that made it impossible for him to borrow from any reputable bank.
