@paul_beamish @sc_wadsy @mhclg That's not exactly true. There are city regions, there are corporate joint committees that bring together multiple local authorities and have duties to draw up joint economic and transport planning. There are other examples too.

@YesYourTechness @RyanLLenfestey @Victorshi2020 Naturally, she's not going to openly attack the President while she was serving at Vice President. Her intentions were definitely not the same as Trump's. She supported and still supports a two state solution, whereas Trump obviously doesn't.

@matthew_jama @PolitlcsUK Because some councils are merging into unitary authorities, and they will have their elections next year. Better to postpone these elections, rather than go through the expense of electing people for just one year before holding another set of elections.
