. A freshman on JV, the program was excellent for my development & I am looking forward to that continuing. I hit .420 with a .995 OPS, and finished the season with 37 hits. I was honored this afternoon to receive the MVP award for my team.

Had a good few days of baseball in Tennessee at the Pastime National Championship. The team went 4-0 in pool play and took the 4 seed out of 100+ teams. We unfortunately fell in game 1 of bracket play. I hit .556/.692/.1.359 and caught 4/5 games. Going 2/4 on throw downs.

I kind of agree, except for the part that DJ and hitters like him who hit 300 life time and are contenders for the batting title and generate more runs for their team and can spray line drives across the field, in my opinion are some of the most talented guys out there.
