Again, all of this is IMO. hitting is hard and has zero absolutes. Best advice I have is don’t let anyone tell you there’s one way to hit. There’s like a million. Find what is most sustainable long term without sacrificing your ceiling then train to maximize, maximize, maximize👍🏻

An amazing human & a legend in HS baseball. Amazed by his drive to live life to the fullest, playing & coaching for 7+ decades. Grateful to have played for him & coached with/around him – plenty of lessons & laughs. Sending love to @Trenton_Trojans community & all who knew him.
It is with great sadness that we report the passing of MHSBCA Hall of Famer Gary Szalka. Gary coached Melvindale from 1971-2007. After retiring from Melvindale, Gary was an assistant coach at Trenton for several years. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Szalka family.
