I think it's cos children often SEEM resilient. They might freak out for a while about something but then seem to get over it. They often don't have the language to express how they feel longer term

Everything is awful but a 6 year old girl in our street has started a 'scooter girl gang (boys welcome)' + stuck hand drawn posters on lamp posts. They are meeting on Sunday outside her house. Dress code 'top + trousers (or dress)'

This is why I shout about trans rights all the time (often in a cringe way I am sure). You don't need to engage with the transphobes (it's a nightmare) but showing support in any way is so important atm. It's hell out there for trans people.
Cis people it really is getting bleak. I'm on burn out and so many trans people I know have called me and messaged saying they're really struggling
They're trying to wipe us out, please help

People are always baffled ex and I hang out together with kids. But I feel there are many levels between hatred + trad marriage? Why are they seen as the only options? Just cos we had a nice time at the aquarium doesn't mean we want to sleep in a bed together for 50 years
