Like others have mentioned it's the uniform of the Steel legion, they really double down on the WW2 German aesthetic with their lil' stahlhelms and a focus on Mechanized warfare, like Kriegers but a lil' less antiquated.

Note the sizeable gap between the main chest plate and the jointed armour apron, this section was discarded upon initial production, as the sheer mass and thickness of the wearer’s massive brass balls were considered strong enough to deflect/stop munitions up to 20mms.
