This is extreme but it's ‘working’.
I have sunbathed most of my life and have some sun damage. I thought about using sunscreen only on high UV days when I can't avoid the sun.
Does anyone know of a strong sunscreen with minimal chemicals?

I don’t know what his goal is.
His skin looks very smooth but at the same time it looks like his body is confused, he must have messed up his hormones.
I scrolled way too much for this meme but it is REALLY like that.
I took 0.5mg Cypro an hour ago and this is how I feel right now. I did not take it for a few months.

I’m Dutch and I don’t allow anything. It’s international rules that fuck up our Country. The problem is that if we want to do something about it we will be called Racist because of idiotic rules. Immigrants seem to have more rights than natives.
Instead of taking a time-consuming epsom bath, you can do this ⬇️
Get Magnesium Chloride, take a hot shower for 5 min, turn off the shower and grab some Magnesium, smear it all over your body and let it soak in for a few min, rinse yourself off again and you will feel great!
When I had hypothyroidism my heart rate while sleeping often dropped as low as ~30, walking was around ~70. When I did some sprinting it went up to ~200+ 💀. When I went under anesthesia in 2020 my heart rate dropped to 22 and they brought it artificially up with ketamine.

“The temperature of your fingers, toes, and nose helps to interpret the balance between stress and thyroid; your fingers should be less cold as your metabolic rate comes up. In extreme hypothyroidism, the hands and feet can be very cold while the oral temperature looks o.k.”~Peat
My parents, grandparents and great-grandparents all drank milk and ate cheese but did not have any symptoms of Vit A toxicity
High T man afraid of baby food 😂
One of the most annoying health complaints I still have are chapped lips, even in summer and dry nail beds.
I tried eating an abundance of protein, B vitamin rich foods, high Vit C foods and milk maxxing. Supplementing B Vit. and no mouth breathing but no luck.
Be careful about keeping (important) information on the Internet. Information can suddenly be deleted/removed and you will never see it again.
Lately I have been saving stuff offline because the Internet cannot be trusted, I lost a lot :(.
I don't have any of these problems. I eat around 800 grams of 🍫 per week and did for most of my life, sometimes even more.
Chocolate/Cacao itself is not the problem!
Why are so many people addicted to chocolate ?
A food that
- ruins your complexion
- makes you constipated
- makes you fat
- gives you headaches
- makes you go broke
Because it contains a chemical called phenethylamine

Today, just before going home I read something on Twitter and had thoughts about if I see someone struggling with goiter or obviously gut/thyroid problems to somehow approach them and share valuable info BUT maybe I’m wrong and I should refrain from doing that?
@brainenergy4me
Yup.
When I was like 12 years old some man said to me “Today is the oldest you've ever been and the youngest you'll ever be again” and it blew my mind lol!
It’s the first time I hear someone talk about eating flowers casually.
As a child, I often snacked on flowers for fun or just hungry and still do it
Eat your flowers anon 😂
@BioavailableNd
This works!!! Where can I find the study? After seeing this tweet and feeling like shit on keto but especially my hair went bad I bought honey, got a haircut and combined it every time with collagen rich foods. My hair is thick again, better skin and I feel less stressedThankyou!
"The Torn Leaf Experiment", also known as the "Phantom Leaf Effect" is where you take an electrical photograph of a severed leaf, and you will see the entire leaf, which confirms clear as night and day that we indeed have a "light body" — a pre-material template.
@healthgiver
I have been wondering to, when I saw pictures of my grandparents or even parents in their late teens they looked way more mature. I look really young too, new people I meet think I’m ~21 but I’m 8years older it’s so strange.
Indeed.
I have been drinking milk all my life, raw milk is easily available here and very cheap ($1 per liter). My favorite milk is lightly pasteurized low fat milk (1,5% fat).
I was very concerned about my health because I knew something was wrong. My doctor obviously didn't, she always said, "Everything is fine, you look good!" 🤡
A possible way to cope with cold extremities is to increase your intake of carbs and salt, this has been effective for me.
I used to experience Raynaud’s syndrome when the temperature dropped below 0 °C, but it has not happened anymore since increasing my carb and salt intake.

The left looks a little dehydrated? And the color is slightly different?
What about my hands (under incandescent light). Around ~26 my skin changed and so did the look of my hands I’m almost 30.

It’s around 40 in deep sleep but I do have alethic heart syndrome. I did a lot of endurance sport from a young age until I could not keep up anymore at age ~13.
Vaccinations and baby formulas are evil, it is deranged to give a baby all this kind of crap. So many sick children these days and It makes me so sad, it is not right and not how it is meant to be.
Same. Big mistake of my life.
I was already subclinical hypothyroid and while trying the low carb/carnivore approach I experienced extreme stress and eventually I was running out of stress hormones.
Always listen to your body and mind instead of studies and internet gurus.
I did the carnivore diet for 7 months.
And experienced similar symptoms to Paul.
Heart palps, sleep issues, low tolerance to stress, low body temp, just to name a few.
In my experience, it’s unequivocally not a long term health strategy.
In fact…
I’d go as far to say it’s

I have that problem in winter. When I take thyroid (+3mcg T3) it raises significantly adrenalin and my hands and feet get freezing cold but oral temperature is ok.
I loved ants, birds, bees, bumblebees, butterflies actually most animals so much when I was a kid because of their own unique behavior and experience of this world, wonderful creatures
