I joined the web3 space in 2022 as a content developer. It was a thrilling experience for me because it really felt like I had found my place. For context, I used to be a generalist. I connected with many people and we supported each other. Fastfoward to 2025, more than 80% of the women I met then have left the space. This is the reason why we need to talk about inclusivity, and why we need to support women (newbies and experienced alike). If you're reading this, think about it.
