Brazil: The Supreme Court of Brazil ordered the removal of Governor of Brasília Ibaneis Rocha (MDB, centre-right) from office. The measure comes after the security forces of Brasília were accused of colluding with the vandals who invaded public buildings.

Chile: Decide Chile projection shows that Gabriel Boric (AD, left|green) won among every age category, with the exception of the over 70s.
The gender divide does not appear to have had a massive impact on voting tendencies, although women voted slightly more favorably for Boric.
