Anytime I suspect my wife isn’t as attracted to me, the solution is usually a combo of: Working out hard for a few weeks. Cutting out dumb calories and re-committing focus to my health/job. Rough-house with my kids. Stop my puppy-dog like “are you okay? How can I help?” type of beta behavior.
