I can’t agree with this view. Batman year 1 is a slow burn. The Batman is also a slow burn. The pacing to me didn’t matter cause it gave so much character development. It wasn’t supposed to be a marvel movie.

Take the time sit down out of theatre and actually watch it. Then watch batman year one. You’ll get what I mean by slow burn and character dev. The Batman isn’t a traditional “superhero” movie. Which is why it doesn’t appeal to most.
